If the thickness of the aluminum circle is between 3.0mm and 100mm, according to the accuracy requirements and the surface requirements of the aluminum circle, bar cutting, laser cutting, numerical control water cutting, cutting and other methods are used for blank feeding production.
When the thickness of the aluminum circle is greater than 100mm, our company usually uses aluminum rods for direct sawing production.
In special cases, CNC water cutting and cutting precision processing methods are used.
